US-based All4 LLC (ALL4), a leader in environmental, safety and health consulting and digital services, today announced the acquisition of LARAGON Sustainability Solutions, a technology consulting firm specialising in the digital transformation of ESG, Environmental Management, Safety and Health, Risk and Compliance operations, headquartered in Madrid, Spain. This acquisition will enable the integration of both companies’ ESG and EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) digital consulting practices, creating a global leader in the sector.
